The Benefits of Dancing

Hello beautiful people! Give me a nice posture, align your spine, put your head back if you were leaned forward to your monitor and put your shoulders down.  This little position changing should feel good, but even if not you definitely look better. If you look better you are more attractive and if you are more attractive it gives you more happiness.

That is known that women are the most beautiful, when they are happy and they are happy if they are loved, but we can be loved only if we look good, balanced and confident inside and outside.

Dancing helped me to become more attractive, not just because it shaped my body, but it gave me poise and confidence that I can use in my everyday life. For example if a gentleman helps you to take on or off your coat, it is very attractive if you arch your back a little bit, and not bending it. Or even the way you stand can make a huge difference; if you emphasize your curves by rotating your body parts a little bit somehow gentlemen want you more. Have you seen Marilyn Monroe or other famous seducer posing for the camera with a square body? Every little thing matters in life and to succeed in life.

I will list in the next few lines the benefits of dancing:

Keep you healthier  physically, burn calories, your muscle tone increases. This low-impact aerobic activity also increases flexibility, strength, and balance. Olympic athletes often dance as part of their training to sharpen their control, agility, and speed.

It gives you Confidence and ability to enjoy yourself more in social situations. When you learn how to dance, it changes your attitude. It gives you motivation, and energy. This new self-confidence in your dancing abilities will transfer to other aspects of your life as well.

Dancing is a great way to Self-Express yourself. You can express your feelings through your body movements with passion and flair. Dancing will bring out, improve upon, and strengthen your ability to permanently use these expressive qualities even when you are not dancing.

It makes you Smarter: Both the leader’s follower’s mind have to be super alert to make a split second rapid decision and to interpret the signals. Plus learning to dance takes strong concentration.

It Relaxes you. In today’s fast-paced world, we sometimes forget to take a moment for ourselves. Dancing provides an enjoyable escape from your normal daily routine, plus a chance to relax, relieve stress and time to concentrate on yourself more deeply.

Even a little interaction with another person can change our mood. What if you hold a really special someone’s hand? It gives you probably more happiness. Partner dancing is all about action and reaction – action and reaction with each other and with the music. You have to be balanced with all for the complete joy.

In life you always look at the price of doing something, but you don’t look at the cost of doing not. Those who never experienced the joy of dancing, they don’t know what they lose: The most joyful thing in life, the perfect combination of physical activity, social interaction, and mental stimulation:  DANCE!!!
